You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not already been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at care@qinma.in.
2. Refund Policy
We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
- Products received are damaged or defective.
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered).
- Cancellation request approved within the allowed time frame.
3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
