1. Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Eligibility for Returns
- Product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as opened skincare, soaps, and personal care items cannot be returned once used/opened.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please contact us with images of the product.
6. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
